Dynamic and motivated Indigenous academic with a Ph.D in Fine Art (multimedia) from the University of Newcastle. Strong curriculum development and delivery skills, with an excellent knowledge of current trends in the art and design industries. Fifteen years multimedia design experience working in both education and corporate sectors with a solid track record of practical exhibition work and research dissemination. Manager, Online Presence/Research Development
- Planned the strategic delivery of online media development through a 5,000 student/450 staff member Institute, across 42 campuses and annexes
- Spearheaded the internationalisation of the Institute profile, through the development of an online learning environment and US-focused promotion
- Lead consulting on a range of national infrastructure grant projects
- Researched, installed and managed an online research network, including archival storage and management
- Designed the updated corporate branding of the Institute’s online presence
- Managed a team of multimedia specialists through a major redevelopment of the online presence of the Institute
- Authored a range of training manuals on digital decision making, including [2007] Manage the Future: digital decision-making for non-technical Project Managers
- Consultation on the development and federation of a complex online HR system
